Caroline joined GenSearch following her tenure at another prominent executive search firm, where she supported the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) and Energy teams. Before that, she held various roles as a project manager for a consulting company and within the construction sector in London.

A graduate of the University of Paris Sorbonne, Caroline also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Warwick. Her diverse experience and educational background contribute significantly to her role at GenSearch.
