Caroline joined GenSearch after working at a leading executive search firm, where she supported the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Energy teams. Prior to this, she held various project management roles within a consulting company and the construction sector in London.

A graduate of the University of Paris-Sorbonne, Caroline also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Warwick. Her diverse professional experience and academic achievements bring valuable expertise to her role at GenSearch.
