Thibault joined GenSearch in 2022.
Passionate about social sciences and human relations, he took advantage of his studies to do internships at the CNRS, in both private and public sectors.

Thibault is accustomed to international environments and graduated from IÉSEG School of Management in France and also attended both the Lebanese American University and the Salhausen Gymnasium in the Germany.

He is multilingual and a world traveller. Since joining GenSearch, Thibault has been working with experienced colleagues on a wide variety of global searches. He has adapted incredibly well to the ever-changing environment and has also built an impressive international network of life science executives.
