Paris, Thursday, 04 March 2021 – GenSearch, an international Life Science Executive search & talent management specialist, are thrilled to announce the promotion of Iva Marušić from Researcher to Consultant, based in Germany.

Iva has been promoted to the position of Consultant, following her accomplishments as Research Associate at GenSearch.  Iva has been a key member of the team since joining GenSearch in 2018. Iva already has over 5 years’ experience working in executive search for the Life Science industry and has  built an impressive  network in the sector. After spending half of a decade in Paris, she has now moved to Munich and will be strengthening GenSearch’s presence in Germany.
