Sharon spent over twelve years within the Pharmaceutical industry before moving into global executive search where she has worked across the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medtech industries, to support the successful appointment of senior leaders across all functions. Having worked for a number of the leading boutique Life Sciences executive search firms, she has gained significant strategic and operational leadership experience as Head of Research. Developing robust research strategies for challenging, complex assignments within a highly competitive, candidate driven market is a passion for Sharon
